Intro to PC Troubleshooting takes you step by step through the typical hardware and operating system problems encountered by technicians, teaching troubleshooting techniques to decipher any problem, and giving you the skills you need to solve them.

Once you've mastered the basics, the course launches into some of the more advanced and nasty problems that crop up in the PC, teaching you how to diagnose and fix those problems as well! Students Must Select an Instruction Type:

Instructor Moderated = Courses are NOT live/online with an instructor and have no set time to log in for classes. Students are encouraged to participate in weekly discussions, ask questions, and interact with their instructors and fellow students through an online discussion area.

Self-Guided = Discussion board is NOT available to converse with the instructor.

Completion: Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to print their certificate of completion and/or save an electronic copy of it.
