Learn about new fads, what scientists are doing, and what food researchers think is the future of food as we know it. Every class will have lectures, short video breaks, and, finally, a meal that highlights what we talked about that day. There is a suggested $30 donation for prepared foods.

Tanya von Mittenwald is the owner of LA/OC's Tasty Tempting Treats and a cookbook author who is a proven super taster. She has learned from master chefs , such as Anthony Bourdain, Eric Ripert, Curtis Stone, and Michael Chairello. She loves experimenting with food, learning the intricacies about how different cultures cook, and has planned entire trips around restaurants.
