This course is an introduction to Wu-style T'ai Chi ,which is one of the widely practiced forms of T'ai Chi. It has compact, precise, circular whole body movements. These movements are based on highly developed body mechanics and energy flows directed by mind intent. Learn the last 8 movements of this form in this course. This practice is beneficial for the body, mind, and spirit.

Steve Barowsky
Steve Barowsky is a teacher in T'ai Chi and related Taoist mind-body arts. He has pursued this path both traditionally and innovatively for almost thirty years, and has developed a philosophical understanding of the skills involved in both the practice and teaching of these arts.
