Is the axolotl a tadpole, frog, salamander or lizard? Can you find the third eye of the bearded dragon lizard? In this unique camp made for animal lovers who want to experience many wonderful animal as we conduct activities to explore the adaptations of fish, birds, amphibians, mammals and reptiles. From tadpoles to snakes, salamanders to mice, even butterflies to roaches, the animal kingdom will amaze us as we learn about animal camouflage, food webs, diets, migrations, hibernations, eggs and life cycles.

Grysell Ramos
Grysell Ramos received her bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry from The University of Texas at El Paso. She has been a lecturer at UTEP, as well as a laboratory and research coordinator, and has taught organismal/human biology, and vertebrate physiology methods. She has developed courses for P3 that focus on active student learning using hands-on activities; her classes are interesting and understandable.
