This exciting camps allows students to have some serious FUN while developing their artistic skills, public speaking skills, and creative thinking skills. Campers will gain self-confidence and build their self-esteem through professional acting techniques and activities using their voices, bodies, and emotions. Students will have the opportunity to showcase their skills through a short play on the last day of camp.

Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher and Fencing Coach.

I hold a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at El Paso and I am currently pursuing my Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling.

My certification in Integrative Health Coaching from YogaMed Co in Washington DC provides me with the opportunity to empower individuals and groups on their wellness journey.

As a competitive fencer and fencing coach, I see the benefits physical activity and movement have on our mind, body and spirit.

Teaching yoga allows me to guide others through breathing techniques, meditation and meaningful movement to overcome physical, mental and emotional trauma.

 I am passionate about encouraging others to achieve their health and wellness goals.
