This camp focuses on developing English language proficiency. The classes strengthen listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills with an increased focus on academic language needed for success in upper elementary classrooms. Instruction is interactive and student-centered, incorporating reading strategies, collaborative activities, and structured writing tasks.
Students expand vocabulary, practice grammar and sentence structure, and improve comprehension through engaging texts and meaningful discussions.
