Surfing in North Korea? Stacy Hughes will share his experience traveling to North Korea in 2015 on one of the first-ever surf trips to the country we know so little about. He will share stories and insights from this eye-opening experience. This is a single lecture on 6/25.

Stacy Hughes wears two hats: US-Japan grassroots education programs coordinator and mediator and trainer in community conflict resolution. He has been involved with or living in Japan for about 25 years, where he first met North Korean people. Stacy has traveled to 85 countries, including many 'enemies' of the US, building a strong belief in the importance of first-hand encounters and experiences.
