Leaders struggle with finding time to journal. They have competing priorities, demands, and responsibilities that seem to pile up. Finding a sense of calm to make better decisions that are intentional and focused comes from self-reflection.
It is well documented in research that journaling is a highly effective self-reflection tool that builds emotional intelligence. Making time for self-reflection and journaling are acts of leadership development… a commitment to finding internal wisdom that is sometimes an untapped resource. We all have the internal wisdom to learn and adapt, not all of us have access to what we think, feel, and want.
This journaling series explores the internal emotional patterns leaders experience making them highly effective or woefully ineffective. These patterns are subconscious and emotionally exhausting without leaders realizing where their energy goes. Exploring our internal emotional landscape and what makes us effective or ineffective is the basis of discovery for this offering.

COURSE WITHDRAWAL:
If participant cancels up to 15 calendar days prior to the program start date, a 35% refund will be issued.
If participant cancels 14 calendar days or less prior to the start of the program, no refunds will be provided.
Program Fees cannot be applied to other program dates.
