Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese Internal Martial Art, used these days more for stress relief, improved balance, better health and more. In this class we will learn the Yang family style long form by section. We will also learn QiGong or energy work, longevity breathing and techniques to improve physical, energetic and emotional balance. No experience necessary, dress comfortably for movement. All ages welcome.

Raymond Abeyta
The Instructor or Sifu, Ray Abeyta has over 45 years training and teaching various styles of tai chi.Is a certified Master Instructor by the American Tai Chi & QiGong Association. He taught the El Paso Fire department for nearly 10 years, the EP D.A., UTEP football team, La Tuna prison, several Senior Centers and many other locations. He has also taught throughout the country and has competed and won Tai Chi form and push hands competitions in the USA as well as in China. Ray has studied under countless Masters from China, the USA, Malysia and more.
