This course is designed for ESL students who need to develop their vocabulary and practice writing with clear style. It focuses on sentence construction and emphasizes grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and composition. Students read academic texts appropriate for their level, learn what is expected of writers in American universities, and develop their skills in writing assignments and projects. Vocabulary training is covered in all levels.
