This fun and practical camp on the fundamentals of boxing and self-defense will teach teen campers how to defend themselves in potentially dangerous situations while also helping them learn self-discipline, gain self-confidence, and build a healthier self-image.

Student must bring their own boxing gloves. Student must bring their own snacks and beverages.

Juan Jose Espino
Juan Jose Espino has been doing martial arts for 17 years and has extensive experience and belts/ranks in several martial arts, including Muay Thai, Judo, Wrestling, Hap Ki Do, Vale Tudo, and Boxing. Espino has competed in grappling tournaments and cage fights and won a regional championship title as well as winner of the Golden Gloves Boxing Tournament twice. He has a black belt in Jiu Jitsu and has been teaching it for 10 years now.
