Rising Stars - Fundamental Basketball Skills and Drills (Grades 6th - 8th)

Hiram Samaniego has a B.A. in Business Administration from The University of Texas at El Paso and is currently working to obtain another B.A. in Kinesiology. He worked as a branch manager for First Convenience Bank and as an accountant assistant for International Traders. He has worked at UTEP since 1999 as the OPEFM student assistant basketball instructor. His duties include teaching physical education and skills analysis basketball classes, supervising Memorial Gym, performing and maintaining the physical inventories for the classes, as well as planning and preparing practice drills, tournaments, and assessments.
