Does your organization have a compensation philosophy? If so, do you know what it is and how it works? Learn how to write and create job descriptions, have competitive jobs in your organization, and conduct market analysis in order to have competitive salaries for your organization. You will learn how to take care of any internal inequity concerns that dissatisfies employees, and learn how to address compression issues within your workforce. Does your organization want to give pay adjustments that are fair and equitable? Learn the various ways to do so, as well as how to communicate to your employees their compensation.

Early Bird (special discount) registration fee ends 1/31.
This course will be held on UTEPs campus.
An email with course information will be sent to students approximately 1-3 days prior to the start date of class.

COURSE WITHDRAWAL: Refunds will be issued, minus a 15% cancellation fee per course, cost of materials, and/or lab fees, if a written request is faxed/ prior to the first day of the scheduled course. Refund requests must include your name, daytime telephone number, and the course number or name. This policy applies to all registrations, regardless of the payment method.
