Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate

Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt presents a top-level view of LSS. In this course, you will learn how to strengthen an organization by employing the core concepts of Lean Six Sigma. You will explore processes and team management, operational metrics, process improvement, and key tools and techniques to achieve excellence. This class enhances problem-solving skills with an emphasis on the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) model. These Principles provide a synergy element which enables the user to carry out the LSS project from start to finish with confidence and conviction. Lean Six Sigma allows companies to improve their processes and the quality of their products. By applying Lean Six Sigma methods, the feeling of self-importance and significance strengthens among employees and leads to an increase in motivation and better job performance. At the completion of this course, graduates will receive a LSS Green Belt Certificate.
