Campers will work on their independent reading skills by understanding the use of phonics and word-attacking techniques. This camp emphasizes effective literacy that engages, motivates and helps campers succeed in reading and grammar.

Bianca Gomez
Bianca I. Gomez is UTEP alumni having received her bachelors in Dance in 2015. Her dance training roots in ballet and contemporary but extends much further. She continued her education at Duke University with the American Dance Festival and even worked in entertainment for "the happiest place on Earth". Her passion all started after being a part of the hometown summer hit VIVA! El Paso for three seasons. Miss Gomez has traveled with her dance research and performances, and will con-tinue to pursue her dreams of being a professional dancer.
