Get ready for an action-packed adventure as we discover their inner animal powers and becomes a true hero of the animal kingdom! Jr Zoologists will learn about the amazing abilities of animals and how they use their "superhero powers" to help them survive in the world. From superfast ostriches, flying squirrels, freezing frogs to invisible turtles, this camp is filled with all sorts of incredible heroes of the animal kingdom! Through interactive animal activities, up-close encounters and animal games, super students will learn what it takes to be an animal superhero.

Grysell Ramos
Grysell Ramos received her bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry from The University of Texas at El Paso. She has been a lecturer at UTEP, as well as a laboratory and research coordinator, and has taught organismal/human biology, and vertebrate physiology methods. She has developed courses for P3 that focus on active student learning using hands-on activities; her classes are interesting and understandable.
