Accio wisdom! Calling all wizards, witches and muggles to a magical scientific adventure inspired by our favorite sorcerers! Do you dare to put your hand in our mysterious specimen jar and learn the science secrets for making realistic looking mucus, mold, worm guts and mini body parts? Discover how science can make magic as we mix up bubbling potions, make our own mysterious formulas that change color, glow, fizz and crystallize. Investigate magical creatures like dragons, owls, and snakes, create your own magical optical illusions, and a wonderful wizard wand.

Grysell Ramos
Grysell Ramos received her bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry from The University of Texas at El Paso. She has been a lecturer at UTEP, as well as a laboratory and research coordinator, and has taught organismal/human biology, and vertebrate physiology methods. She has developed courses for P3 that focus on active student learning using hands-on activities; her classes are interesting and understandable.
