What makes reptiles and amphibians so successful in their environments? In this immersive camp, students will explore the fascinating world of cold-blooded animals and the remarkable adaptations that help them survive. Through up-close encounters with live reptiles, amphibians, and insects, campers will investigate body structures, behaviors, and life cycles across the animal kingdom. Discover axolotls, salamanders, snakes, lizards, mice, butterflies, and even roaches! Dive deeper into topics such as camouflage, food webs, diets, migration, hibernation, eggs, and metamorphosis while practicing observation, critical thinking, and scientific discussion. Animal lovers get ready to think like young zoologists!
